Fernworthy class shared in a Jewish Passover Meal as part of their RE unit of work.
Chinese New Year
Meldon Class celebrated Chinese New Year with a special Chinese meal. Pupils tasted Chinese noodles, rice and prawn crackers – yummy! They also carried out lots of other activities to celebrate the Year of the Rooster.

Multi-Faith Week
Pupils across the school took part in a multi-faith week, focusing on Islam and what it is like to be a Muslim in Devon. We welcomed Wesam into school to talk about her faith and to learn more about her religion.
Harvest Celebration
Pupils celebrated Harvest this year in a number of different ways. Parents, staff and pupils all took part in a special Harvest assembly which thanked God for the food that we have and remembered those who aren’t as fortunate as we are. St Nicholas Day 2016
Burrator Class pupils were invited to this annual event, along with lots of pupils from other local primary schools. The day is based around a pledge made by each of the children that encourages them to give away some of the Christmas gifts that they make in workshops during the day. Crib Blessing at Ashburton Church
